Our products are handmade and delivery times depend on current stock. Delivery times will be communicated throughout the order process.
Yes, this is possible. If you're able to verify that you work for the government, you can purchase a PAC Shield.
Usage and Operation
Yes, tools for assembling and disassembling the shield will be provided with your order. However, the specific configuration of the shield you choose will be shipped to you in assembled form.
Once you have placed an order, the shield will be shipped to you, assembled in the specific configuration you have ordered. In case you'd like to change the composition with extra parts, or switch out the assembled parts, please contact us and we will give you the proper guidance.
Maintenance and Safety
Our shields have undergone mandatory testing and obtained the necessary certification at an accredited test facility. The shields adhere to protection requirements stated in a broad range of interantional standards. For more detailed information reach out to the PACPROTECT® team through this form.
Accessories
You can customize your Modular Shield with as many accessories as you'd like. However, the accessories must be mounted on the BOSS brackets. Keep in mind that the number of BOSS brackets your shield can accommodate depends on its size. Ensure that the BOSS brackets correspond to your chosen accessories and shield size for optimal configuration.
The PACCAM is installed independently on the shield. Thus, there is no requirement for a BOSS bracket when using the PACCAM.
The POWERPAC can be recharged using a usb block and cable, which can be connected to a magnetic connector located on the front of the battery pack. The charger is included in your order.
The PACLIGHT functionality can be controlled via smart switches embedded within the PACGRIP handles. Alternatively, you have the option to forego installing the smart switch and manually turn on the PACLIGHT lights by pressing the buttons on the battery pack itself. We highly recommend opting for the smart switches for optimal convenience.

It is not possible to use your own phone in combination with the PACCAM.
It comes with a specially programmed phone shielded from network, WiFi and Bluetooth with a custom tailored PAC app allowing you to see the video signal, syncing the phone and the PACCAM.
